Is the product easy to use?
Yes. Simply place in between your legs and enjoy the comfort of all-natural alignment. The design of the product keeps it in place even if you move throughout the night.

Is there a warranty/guarantee on the product?
Yes. We have a 90-day comfort guarantee on the product, which allows you to try out the product. If for whatever reason, you do not like the contour legacy leg pillow, it may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping costs). Additionally, it is also covered under a 1-year warranty against any manufacturing defects.

5 Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase to original purchaser for Deluxe Contour Legacy Pillow. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear. Warranty extends to original purchaser and any valid claim must be accompanied with proof of purchase. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact customer service for return authorization prior to returning the product. Purchaser must return defective product by prepaid shipping means to Contour Products, Inc, or its’ designated representative. Contour Products, Inc. will, at its option, replace, repair or refund the original purchase the purchase price paid for the product excluding any packing or handling fees originally paid. Warranty excludes discoloration, stains or conditions resulting from abuse or unintended use. There is no warranty or implied guarantee of merchantability or fitness of purpose.

90 night sleep guarantee is for consumers to try the product and make sure it is to their satisfaction. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the product, return it for a refund of the purchase price. Packing and handling fees, shipping fees, Processing fees or other costs other than the product purchase price are not eligible for refund. Purchaser must provide proof of purchase and contact customer service for return authorization prior to returning the product. Purchaser must return the product by prepaid delivery to Contour Products, Inc., or its designated customer service representative. Refund is for product purchase price paid only.

Do I have to pay to ship a product back?

Due to the nature of the product and to health code restrictions, these items cannot be resold, so the customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred when returning the item for a refund.

Is there sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged for any state we have nexus in. Currently, sales tax is charged for the following states:
