How often should PowerLegs be used?
The recommended routine is 10 minutes a day, 3 times each week – total 30 minutes per week. Review the instruction manual for more options.

Are there programs available for massaging?
Yes, the unit has options for vibration and massaging.

Can I use the PowerLegs while pregnant?
Using Power Legs during pregnancy is not recommended.

Can I use PowerLegs after a recent surgery?
If you have any known health concerns or have recently had surgery, It is recommended that you consult your doctor or physician before using PowerLegs.

Can I use an extension cord?
No, you should not use an extension cord with the unit.The remote is not working. What should I do?
1. Check the batteries:The remote requires two AAA batteries. First, check to see that you put batteries in the unit and that they are inserted correctly. If two AAA batteries have been inserted into the unit correctly and the remote is still not working, the batteries you are using may not be charged enough. Try inserting a new, preferably unused set of AAA batteries.2. Check the display:

When you clicked the power button, did the display in the upper left corner of the unit light up? If you are unsure, press the “M” button on the remote and you should see “H0”on the display.

If you see “H0” on the display, then you can begin trying to use a preset or a custom setting. The “P” button allows you to use the presets P1, P2, P3, automatic and manual modes. The “M” button allows you to customize the speed while oscillation and massage run continuously. All users are advised to read the instruction booklet and become familiar with the settings and how each one works.
