How do I maintain my TOTAL10™?
Always be sure to check all bolts, screws, and tension bands before every use to ensure that your product is safe and secure and ready to be used. You can wipe your product down with dish soap and water to keep it clean.
What surfaces should I be on when I use the TOTAL10™?
Be sure to use a flat dry surface. Hard floors will give you the best result, but carpeted floors also work fine.
What workout should I follow on the TOTAL10™?
We designed the TOTAL10™ for the exclusive 10 moves in 10 minutes™ workout. You can access all the workouts and moves on our YouTube channel TOTAL10™.
