Apple Crumble Smoothie

  • 1Apple, medium
  • 1tablespoonOld-Fashioned Oats, rolled, dry
  • 0.5cupYogurt, nonfat, plain
  • 0.5teaspoonCinnamon, ground
  • 0.5teaspoonGinger Root, peeled
  • 1cupwater


  1. Place all of the ingredients into the cup. Leave space for the blade to operate freely.
  2. Secure the blade housing to the cup using a clockwise motion. Tighten.
  3. Place the cup in the base. Line up the tabs with the base unit. Plug in the power cord. Hold the cup firmly and turn clockwise until the smoothie is blended.
