Harvest Granola

  • 1.66667cupsliced almonds
  • 1cuprolled oats
  • 0.5cuppumpkin seeds
  • 1.5teaspoonsalt
  • 1teaspoonCanola Oil
  • 0.333333cupmaple syrup
  • 1cupDried Cranberries


  1. Combine the almonds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and salt; mix.
  2. Add the oil and syrup.
  3. Toss to combine.
  4. Place parchment onto 3 Power Air Fryer trays.
  5. Sprinkle the granola mixture evenly over the trays.
  6. Bake at 220 for 40 minutes, rotating the trays hallway through the cooking time.
  7. Add the cranberries and toss to combine.
  8. Cool.
