Pesto Green Beans

2 tablespoon Pesto
0.25 cup Red Wine Vinegar
0.75 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 pound French green beans
1 pinch Salt & Pepper to Taste
- Fill the pot half way with water and add 1 tbsp. Of sea salt and bring the pot to a boil. Place the beans in the boiling water and cook until tender.
- In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
- Place the warm beans into the bowl and toss.
