Chicken Cordon Bleu

Copper Chef 11" Squar Fry Pan

2    chicken breast  
4  slice  Ham  
4  slice  Swiss Cheese  
1  tablespoon  Mustard  
1  teaspoon  salt  
2  ounce  Heavy Cream  
0.5  teaspoon  pepper   
1  teaspoon  olive oil  
1  cup  flour to dredge  


1. Cut a horizontal pocket into the chicken breast. Unfold the flap and line the inside of the chicken breast with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. 2. Fold back the chicken breast and dredge the chicken breast in flour. 3. Place the Copper Chef pan on the stove over medium heat. Add the oil 4. Sear each side of the chicken breast 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pan and drain off any excess oil 5. Deglaze the pan with the wine and reduce by half. Add in the mustard, and heavy cream stir until smooth. 6. Pour the sauce over the chicken breast 7. Top with fresh herbs and Enjoy.
