Meatballs

Servings  4
Ingredients
4  pound  ground beef  
6    Eggs  
1  cup  bread crumbs  
1    onion, diced  
3  clove  garlic, minced  
0.5  cup  parmesan cheese  
0.333333  cup  milk  
3  tablespoon  olive oil  
0.25  cup  parsley  
0    Salt and pepper to taste  

Directions
  1. Place the inner pot in the Power Multi-Cooker.
  2. Mix all ingredients minus parmesan cheese together.
  3. Form mixture into medium to large sized balls (between a golf ball and a tennis ball).
  4. Press the Function Button until you reach the Sauté Setting.
  5. Press the Start Button.
  6. Add olive oil to the inner pot and sear the meatballs.
  7. *Note: Sear a few at a time to ensure all sides are seared.
  8. Once all meatballs have been seared, place them all back into the inner pot.
  9. Add sauce to the inner pot covering the meatballs.
  10. Close and secure the lid on the Power Multi-Cooker.
  11. Press the Keep Warm/Cancel Button then Function Button until you reach the Bake Setting.
  12. Press the Start Button.
  13. Once the timer reaches 0, the Power Multi-Cooker will automatically switch to Keep Warm.
  14. Serve over your favorite pasta and top with parmesan cheese.
